Abstract
A novel isothermal amplification method, termed loop- mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), which need no special precision instruments at work and have the advantage of low cost, simplicity of operation, rapidity, high specificity,efficiency, may be especially suitable for on-site fast detection and grassroots popularization applications.The principle, reaction and operation process of LAMP and its application in viruses detection of graveness animal disease were reviewed.关键词
