百宜黑鸡与兴义矮脚鸡线粒体DNA控制区遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity in Baiyi Black Chicken and Xingyi Bantam by Analyzing the mtDNA Control Region

Abstract
PCR and direct sequencing methods were used to analyze the entire mtDNA D-loop in Baiyi Black chicken and Xingyi Bantam. The D-loop of Baiyi Black chicken and Xingyi Bantam was 1231 bp,there were 26 variational sites, including 12 transitions and 14 transversions. The nucleotide composition of Baiyi Black chicken was A 27. 096%, T 33. 628%, G 13. 117%, C 26. 159%, and A 26. 916%, T 33. 409%, G 13. 387%, C 26. 288% of Xingyi Bantam. The genetic distance between two partridges was 0. 0379.According to the calibrated rates of molecular evolution, they speciated about 1.9 million years ago.关键词
