摘要
Abstract
This article reported that a sort of ammonia-ammonium chloride solution was used to leach the inferior zinc oxide,to prepare a kind of feed additive-ZnCl2 · 4Zn(OH)2 · H2O (TBZC). The percentage of the leaching was more than 90% under the leaching conditions: the molar ratio of NH3/NH4 + and TN/Zn were 1 : 1 and 10 : 1, respectively; and 40 ℃ lasted for 60 min. The product was characterized by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM).The results showed that the product was pure TBZC according to the requirement of GB/T 22546-2008. The method of the preparation was novel, simple, low-cost, safe, high-efficiency and environment-friendly, realizing the waste material could be reutilized, radically. More important fact was that the method could be used to synthesize a kind of new, qualified and stable product-TBZC.关键词
