Abstract
The incomplete penetration and lack of fusion, which have great harmfulness to the weld, are common defects in the weld of oil and gas transportation pipeline. It briefly introduced the concept and characteristics of incomplete penetration and lack of fusion, analyzed its damage and caused reason. In order to correctly identify incomplete penetration and lack of fusion in weld, avoid missing detection and wrong judgment, accurately identify detection results and increase weld inspection efficiency, the identification methods were provided for UT and X-ray detection. Finally, the precautions for incomplete penetration and lack of fusion in weld were given.关键词
