Abstract
Objective: To explore the expression patterns of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) receptor in mouse endometrium or deciduas in different stages of estrous cycle or pregnancy.Methods: PHA was extracted from Yunnan white kidney bean and labeled with FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) in our laboratory.FITC-PHA was used as a molecular probe to study the expression patterns of PHA receptor in the mouse endometrium or deciduas during different stages of estrous cycle or pregnancy.Results: The PHA receptor broadly existed in the mouse endometrium at different stages of estrous cycle.In diestrus period, the PHA receptor showed little staining in endometrial stroma.In estrus period,the expression of PHA receptor increased in endometrial stroma and endometrium.In peri-implantation period, especially in 4 d of pregnancy, the PHA receptor expressed widely around the uterine canal and endometrial stroma.From 4 d to 7 d of pregnancy, the PHA receptor expression gradually decreased in deciduas.Conclusions: The PHA receptor might play an important role in mouse blastocyst implantation and pregnant maintenance.关键词
