高海拔地区成批烧伤的临床救治OACSTPCD
Clinical treatment on mass burn in high altitude area
目的:总结高海拔地区成批烧伤救治经验.方法:对2006-04～2009-04救治的4批烧伤事故共计122例烧伤病例进行回顾性总结.结果:4批122例烧伤,治愈118例;死亡4例,其中休克2例,多脏器功能衰竭1例,猝死1例,治愈率96.72%.结论:结合高海拔地区特点,合理的组织领导、有效的治疗措施是救治成批烧伤成功的关键因素.
Objective:To sum up the treatment experience on mass burn in high altitude area . Methods:Four batches of mass burn consisting of 122 patients with extensive burn, occurred from Apr 2006 to Apr 2009, were summed up . Results: Of 122 patients of mass burn, 118 were cured and 4 died, two patients directly died of shock, one patient died of MOF , the other died of sudden death.
