高海拔地区成批烧伤的临床救治
Clinical treatment on mass burn in high altitude area
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To sum up the treatment experience on mass burn in high altitude area . Methods:Four batches of mass burn consisting of 122 patients with extensive burn, occurred from Apr 2006 to Apr 2009, were summed up . Results: Of 122 patients of mass burn, 118 were cured and 4 died, two patients directly died of shock, one patient died of MOF , the other died of sudden death. The recovery rate of this group was 96.72％.Conclusion: According to characteristics in high altitude area, rational organization and effective therapeutic measure might be important factors to successfully treat mass burn.关键词
