Abstract
Objective: To explore the early rescue and in -patient treatment of acute renal failure (ARF) induced by crush syndrome (CS) after Yushu earthquake and summarize the experience. Methods: The history of 11 patients diagnosed as ARF related to the crush syndrome in Yushu earthquake were studied. The information of the clinical presentations, early rescuing, diagnosis and treatment was analyzed. Results: Within 1 to 3 months follow- up, the renal function indications were restored to normal level in all patients. Conclusion: ARF induced by crush syndrome can be easily lead to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) . Heteropathy and renal replacement therapy were frequently used. Thorough dehridement and infection control were beneficial to renal function recovery.关键词
