摘要
Abstract
The TPR composite elastomers containing flame retardants were prepared by hot press through orthogonal experiment. The effect of flame retardants on mechanical properties and flame retardance of TPR composite elastomers were studied by mechanical properties testing, limited oxygen index measuring, horizontal burning and differential thermal analysis. The results show that when the mass ratio of Zn( BO3 )2/APP/IPPP/TPR is 0.280/0. 176/0.070/1, flame retardance and mechanical properties of SEBS composite elastomers are both excellent, the tensile strength is 1.33MPa;the residue of carbon is up to 20.04% from 89℃ to 777℃, the limiting oxygen index is 20.4,the horizontal burning test meet national standards FH-1.关键词
