摘要

Abstract

The development and advantages of virtual instrument and PXI( PCI extensions for instrumentation) are introduced. The early fault recognition of the aero-engine rotor system based on the hardware of PXI and the software of LabVIEW is designed. It can realize the functions of signal acquisition, data preprocessing, signal processing, and fault diagnosis. The system also supports a favorable man-machine interaction. The test shows the system runs stable, and can identify the early fault of the rotor system.
