摘要

Abstract

To research the weak magnetic sensor with high performance, the Fe-based amorphous ribbon Fe78 Si9B13 is made to have high giant magneto impedance (GMI)effect by longitudinal excitation. In the circuit design of the sensor, the pulse excitation current circuit is made up of the RC-invertors oscillating circuit and a switch transistor;the signal conditioning circuit is composed of a peak-value detector, a passive low-pass filter circuit and a differential amplifier AD620; the feedback circuit is composed of a V/I converting circuit based on a dual operational amplifiers. The output of the weak magnetic sensor based on the GMI effect is experimentally calibrated and analyzed on data. The test results show: in the magnetic field from -210μT to 210μT, the sensitivity is 5.7 mV/μT,the linearity is 0.87% ,the repeatability is 0.63% and the hysteresis is +0.36%,which attains the test requirement of a weak magnetic field.
