Abstract
To establish El ISA experimental method for IgM antibody of Mycoplasma pneumonia infector, recombined ORF6 protein from Mycoplasma pneumonia were produced.The constructed plasmid was induced to express the corresponding protein,then the recombined protein was purified by electroelution and applied in indirect ELISA to detect 224 clinical samples.The results were compared with two imported commercialization kits to check the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis method initially.The results suggested that the diagnosis method was specific and sensitive.There was an application prospect for the M.pneumoniae ELISA kit.关键词
