摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of the transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH) VS Total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) on the scarred uterus, and to explore the security and feasibility of TVH.Methods There were 198 cases of scarred uterus underwent hysterectomy, in which 96 patients received TVH, and 102 cases received TAH. There was no difference of the age, the uterus size and the distribution of diseases between the two groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Results All the TVH patients got operated without TAH-transference. It showed much predominant of the operation time, the blood volume, the passage time, the postoperative hospital stay and the analgesia rate in the TVH patients (P ＜ 0. 05 ). Whereas the vice injury and the fever rate had no difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion It is safe and feasible of the TVH for the scarred uterus with obvious microtrauma advantage.关键词
