流动注射化学发光法测定茶叶中的茶多酚
Determination of Tea Polyphenols in Tea Samples by Flow-Injection Chemiluminescence

Abstract
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) for the determination of tea polyphenols was developed based on the chemiluminescence reaction of tea polyphenols in the galangin-potassium permanganatepolyphosphoric acid system. Under the optimized conditions, the obtained linear range was 1.0 × 10-8 - 5. 0 × 10-6 g/mL, with a detection limit of 2. 0 × 10-9 g/mL (3σ). The relative standard deviation (RSD) for the determination of 1.0×10-6 g/mL tea polyphenols was 2.0 % (n= 10). The proposed method has been used to determine the contents of tea polyphenols in Green tea, Black tea, Scented tea and Tie Guan Yin tea with recoveries in the range from 95.4% to 108. 3 %. The determination of tea polyphenols in tea samples by this method showed satisfactory results comparable with National Standard. It can be used for other phenolic compounds in food anahfsis and tesing.关键词
