基于MODIS数据的城市热岛动态监测及时空变化分析
DYNAMIC MONITORING AND SPATIAL-TEMPORAL ANALYSIS OF URBAN HEAT ISLAND BASED ON MODIS DATA

Abstract
Take the densely populated and economical-developed coastal region of Fujian province as demonstration, based on remote sensing and GIS thchnology, MODIS data of July to August from 2001 to 2007 in coastal region of Fujian province are elaborately selected out to retrieve the indexes of land surface temperature(LST) and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI).From the information extracted form MODIS remote sensing data, the spatial-temporal pattern and tendency of urban heat island(UHI) are investigated so as to monitor annual changes and evaluate the UHI effect though urban radio index(URI)during the study period, and also analyze the relationship between LST and NDVI.The results show that there is a increasing tendency of UHI annually, especially in Fuzhou and Putian city.Meanwhile, UHI are concentrated in densely populated and economical-commercial areas, and the relationship between LST and NDVI is negative, and there is a increasing tendency annually of relationship between LST and NDVI.关键词
