The Effect of Uterine Artery Embolization before Uterine Curetlage for Incision Area Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of uterine artery embolization before uterine curetlage for incision area pregnancy. Method There were 12 cases for emolization group who endured uterine embolization before uterine curetlage whereas 12 cases for un-embolization group who didn't endure the uterine embolization before uterine curetlage. Results The amount of bleeding in uterine curetlage in embolization group was (25.0 ± 11.3 ) ml, which was lower than ( 190.0 ± 229.1 ) mi of the un-emolization group ( P ＜ 0.01 ). There was no massive haemorrhage happened in embolization group and 2 ( 16.7％ ) happened in un-embolization group. The rate of postoperative complications was 16.7％ (2/12) in the embolization group and 25.0％ (3/12) in the un-embolization group. There was no statistic difference in hemorrhea rate and postoperative complication rate between two groups ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion The uterine embolization plays an important role in the uterine curetlage to cure the incision area pregnant.关键词
