Experimental study on surface roughness of Al2O3 ceramics in ultrasonic lapping
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, conventional and ultrasonic lapping experiments of Al2O3 ceramics with different vibration models under different lapping parameters were conducted.By the method of orthogonal regression analysis, the optimum lapping parameters are obtained and the significance order of the influecing factors on surface roughness is presented.At the same time, the influence rule of such different lapping parameters as rotational speed, feed speed, oilstone grit, lapping depth and generator power on surface roughness is studied.Experimental results show that with ultrasonic vibration lapping, the surface roughness value can be obviously reduced and the surface quality of workpiece can be increased, therefore, ultrasonic vibration lapping is a high efficient processing method for hard-brittle materials.关键词
