摘要

Abstract

A new kind of ultra-precision machining device is developed for inner holes of the hydro-cylinder in cubic press. By adopting feasible and effective process and special diamond tool, the large-diameter inner holes of the hydro-cylinder, which are conventionally difficult to machine, can be machined with satisfied dimensional accuracy and surface roughness. Holes of the cylinder of over 100 sets of cubic press were machined, and all machined surfaces were examined to be up to standard. The device is easy to maintain and has long service life and can effectively solve the problem of oil leaking of hydro-cylinder. This device is worth promotion in diamond industry.
