摘要
Abstract
Based on psychological supervision theories, this paper was to discuss the application of psychological supervision model in the training of specialized nurse trainees. A series of themed psychological supervisions such as self-understanding, professional behavior and professional ethics, teamwork, being more excellent were conducted. Diversified activities including discussions, selfanalysis, games were beneficial to training nurses' professional behavior, ctltivating their social communicative conpetency,teamwork cooperation and innovation ability. Four rounds supervisions involved 48 nurses, 97.9％ of who were satisfied with the training.关键词
