社区中医护理干预对老年高血压患者自我管理能力的影响
Influence of TCM Nursing Intervention on Self-management Ability of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of community TCM nursing intervention on blood pressure control and selfmanagement ability of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 120 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group equally. Routine medication, community nursing, health education were applied in both two groups, while beside those, TCM nursing intervention such as diet therapy, traditional keep-fit exercise, ear acupoint pressuremassage, foot bath w as provided for patients in intervention group. After 12 months' follow-up, patients' blood pressure and selfmanagement ability were compared. Results The comparison of blood pressure control and self-management ability in two groups showed statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion Community TCM nursing intervention is beneficial to the control of blood pressure and the improvement of self-management ability for elderly hypertensive patients.关键词
