Survey on Subjective Well-being of Nurses in Infectious Hospital and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the status of subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospital and its influencing factors and to provide reference for guide of mental health of nurses.Methods 151 nurses in infectious hospital were sureyed with Index of Wellbeing by Campbell and a general questionnaire.Results The score of subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospital was 9.13±2.01, significantly lower than that in the norm (P＜0.01).The regression analysis indicated that family support, income, marital status and satisfaction of hospital support system were influencing factors of nurses' subjective well-being (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion Subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospital is in general in a low level.Support from family members, income increasing, perfect marriage and hospital's support system are essential to nurses' subjective well-being.关键词
