摘要

Abstract

Open GIS software has experienced rapid development recently. More and more institutes, companies and organizations take part in the research and development of open GIS software. The framework of open GIS is firstly analyzed in this paper. Then, the open GIS specification is introduced. Based on MapWinGIS Active Control, PostgreSQL database and PostGIS spatial data extended module, a new open GIS platform is designed. The transportation planning software is established based on VC++6. 0. To meet the requirement of traffic data and functions, this platform can be used to display transit corridor, label bilaterally, show and edit turn delays for and analysis of traffic networks.
