摘要

Abstract

To investigate the flow-field interaction among detonation tubes sharing a common nozzle in a multitube pulse detonation, multi-tube PDE with different nozzle throat area and with different detonation tube number were simulated by CFD and hydrogen-oxygen mixture was used. The results indicated that the strength of the tube-to-tube interactions can be decreased through increase nozzle throat area or increase detonation tube number. The numerical simulation results provided theory and practice for optimizing multi-tube pulse detonation engine.
