Abstract
Aiming at the functional safe demands of programmable electronic systems in IEC61508, this paper proposes the safe design of Analog Input(AI) module based on ARM Microprocessor It expounds the technique of diagnosis and implementation in this module This design has two separated ARM microprocessors used for work and diagnosis, and has high diagnostic coverage, it conforms to the requirements of IEC61508, it is suitable for SIL3/SIL4 security system关键词
