癌痛治疗与癌痛患者生活质量的关系研究
Study on relationship of pain treatment and quality of life of cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the pain relief therapy for improving quality of lfie in cancer patients.Methods The quality of life and pain levels were assessed by EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire and pain grading method.Results After treatment of three-step analgesic ladder the overall response rate of pain was 88.4％, that in moderate pain was 95.3％ and in severe pain was 85.3％.Adverse reactions included nausea, vomiting and constipation.After treatment, the social functioning, emotional functioning,physical functioning,insomnia and global health status in cancer patients were significantly improved ( P ＜0.01 ).The global health score in patients with moderate pain was 65.49 ± 8.54, in severe pain patients was 33.38 ± 10.67, which were statistically significant compared to that before treatment ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Three-step analgesic therapy can relieve cancer pain and effectively improve the quality of life for cancer patients.关键词
