摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of dynamic hip screws (DHS ） on aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method: We selected 46 cases aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2009, which treated by DHS as the observation group, another 46 cases treated by 135° angle steel plate as the control group. And then, the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Result: The surgical hemorrhage, time of fracture healing, complication and effect of the patients in observation groups were better than that in control group. Conclusion: DHS has the features of small surgical trauma, quick fracture healing, few complication and good recovery of joint function. It' s an effective method for treating the femoral intertrochanteric fracture of aged patients.关键词
