首发抑郁症患者海马容积与磁共振波谱的研究
Volume Change of Hippocampus and Changes of 1H-MRS in Patients with Major Depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the volume change in hippocampus and the relationship between changes of 1HMRS in patients with major depression.Methods: 50 patients with major depression and 50 gender-and age-mathed normal controls were involved.The volume of hippocampus were standardized by division method, and then compared with the ratios of N-acetylaspartic acid (NAA)/(creatine) Cr and choline (Cho)/Cr.Results: The volume of hippocampus in all patients with depression was changed compared with the controls, 31 severe ones were significant smaller than that in controls (P<0.05).The values of NAA/Cr ratios were significant lower in severely depressed patients than that in controls (P<0.01).The degree of hippocampus volume narrow was positively related with the values of NAA/Cr ratios reduction.Conclusion: These findings support the hypothesis that N-acetylaspartic acid in hippocampus may play an essential role in the development of major depression.关键词
