环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎60例临床分析

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect and safety of cyclophosphamide on lupus nephritis (LN).Method: 120 cases LN were divided into treatment group and control group, each with 60 cases. who were treated in our hospital from Feb. 2009 to Dec. 2010. The patients in control group took prednisone tablets,while the patients were given eyelophosphamide pulse on the basic treatment of control group, And then observed the clinical effect. Result: The total effective rate was 95.0％ and 65.0％ in treatment group and control group respectively. There＇s significant difference ( P＜0.05 ). The urinary protein of 24 hours and Set were decreased significantly in both groups after treatment, esp. in treatment group. While the level of C3 and C4 in both groups were increased obviously, esp. C3 in treatment group ( P＜0.05 ). The side effect were gastrointestinal reactions, leukopenia and alopeeia in both groups. Conclusion: It's effective to treat lupus nephritis with eyelophosphamide, with less recurrence.关键词
