静电纺SF/PEG共混纳米纤维的形态结构与热性能
Morphological structure and thermal property of electrospun SF/PLA blend nanofibers

Abstract
Different ratios of silk fibroin/polyethylene glycol (SF/PEG) blend nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning using Hexafluoroisopropanol(HFIP) as solvent.Morphological structure, molecular structure as well as thermal property of the SF/PEG blend nanofibers were examined using SEM, FT-IR, XRD and DSC analyses.With the increase of PEG content, the average diameters of SF/PEG blend nanofibers decreased from 700 nm to 250 nm.The secondary structure of SF was affected by the addition of low molecular weight PEG.XRD showed that two separate crystalline phases, namely SF and PEG crystalline, existed in the blend nanofibers.Crystal structure of the PEG changed because of the blending, and its phase transition temperature decreased compared with the pure PEG.关键词
