摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of high mobility group box 1 protein( HMGBI ) in different liver tissue and its relationship with liver injury. Methods 46 liver specimens of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients were diagnosed by serology test. The hepatic inflammation and fibrosis degree were tested by HE, Masson and Gordon - Sweet staining. Immtmohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of HMGBI. Results HMGBI didn' t or weakly expressed in normal liver tissue, while strongly expressed along with aggravative hepatic inflammation and fibrosis( P ＜ 0. 005 ). Conclusion HMGB1 expression is positively correlated with hepatic inflammation and fibrosis, which is the sensitive indicator of treatment and prognosis.关键词
