摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the frequencies and cytokines level changes of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of URSA. Methods The frequencies of Th17 and Treg cells were measured by Flow Cytometry ;cytokines levels of Th17 and Treg were measured by ELISA. Results There were significant increases in frequencies of Th17 cells and some cytokines such as IL-17、IL-23 levels changes in peripheral blood in URSA (P ＜0.01). There were significant decreases in Treg cells frequencies and cytokines such as TCF-β1、IL-1O levels changes in peripheral blood of URSA (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion Th17 and Treg cells are close related to the development of URSA.关键词
