中国海南黎族人群TAP1基因多态性与结核病的关联性研究
Association between TAP1 gene polymorphism and tuberculosis in Li natinoality in Hainan China

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between the transporter associated with antigen processing gene1 (TAP1) gene polymorphism and the susceptibility to tuberculosis in Li nationality from Hainan province in China.Methods The TAP1-1/TAP1-2 gene polymorphism in 205 patients (case group) with tuberculosis and 217 cases of healthy controls (control group) were detected by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP), and their susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis were analyzed.All the patients and healthy controls were Li nationality from Hainan province in China.Results There were gene polymorphism (A →G) of TAP1-1/TAP1-2 in Li nationality from Hainan province.The distributions of Val/VaL in the polymorphic site of TAP1-1Codon333 were 4.88％ and 5.33％ in case group and control group, respectively; those of Ile/Val were 44.39％ and 26.73％,respectively; there was significant difference between the distributions of Ile/Ile and Ile/Val in both groups [P=0.008 ,OR= 1.92 (95％ CI: 1.19 ～ 3.12)].There were significant differences in the distributions of Gly/Gly and Asp/Gly in TAP1-2Codon637 between the two groups (P ＜ 0.01 ).The distribution of Asp/Asp was different from those of Asp/Gly [P ＜ 0.01, OR= 2.87 (95％ CI= 1.75 ～ 4.71) and Gly/Gly [OR= 3.94 (95％ CI= 1.82 ～8.53)].Conclusion Polymochisms of Codon637 locus in TAP1 gene may be the predisposing factors for tuberculosis in Li nationality from Hainan province in China.关键词
