多西环素联合烟酰胺及阿达帕林凝胶治疗中度痤疮的临床观察
Observation on effect of the Doxycycline combined with Nicotinamide and Adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the the Doxycycline combined with Nicotinamide and Adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne.Method The test group gives Doxycycline 100mg twice daily, Nicotinamide 300mg, three daily, and applies Adapalene gel once daily for 6 weeks. The control group gives Adapalene gel once daily for 8 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group is 89. 36％, the control group is 68.89％, showing significant defferences( P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The Doxycycline combined with Nicotinamide and Adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne has good efficacy.关键词
