Abstract
objective: combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of cerebral infarction.Methods: choose September 2007 until 2009 September tifert nerve medicine diagnosis in patients with cerebral infarction 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 43 cases.The control group to western medicine therapy, the treatment group based on joint herbal supplement Yang also five tonga subtraction.After treatment compared with two groups of clinical curative effect.Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group total effectiveness is 88.37％, two 67.44％ curative effect of comparative differences are statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05).Two groups of neurologic deficits degree after treatment were significantly lower scores, and the treatment group was lower a statistically significantly。 Conclusion: combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment cerebral infarction definite effect, can significantly improve patients with nerve function, and clinical application.关键词
