舌苔快速尿素酶试验检测方法对比研究
To study the method of the examination with contrast in the rapid urease test of tongue

Abstract
Objection To study the value of clinical, application for the rapid urease test of tongue (TRUT). Methods The Direct method,PH select method and Alcohol method were adopt in the TRUT, the result of the these methods was clmpare by the the gastric mucosa urease test(GRUT). Result Direct method 500 ceses:TRUT positive 274 cases ,negative 226 cases,GRUT positive 149 cases, negative 351 cases. PH select method 400 cases: TRUT positive 171 cases,negative 229 cases,GRUT positive 115 cases, negative 285 cases. Alcohol method 320 cases: TRUT positive 92 case,negative 138 cases,GRUT positive 73 case,negative 157 cases. the sensitivity of three methods was 100％, the specificity of three methods was into 64.39％ ,80.35％ ,89.20％. the negative predictive value all was 100％ ,the positive predictive value was into 54.38％ ,67.26％ ,79.34％. Conclusion The result of the Alcohol method and PH select method even nears to the GRUT. the TRUT is a kind of check method of the Helicobacter pylori(HP) and cans supply the clinical application.关键词
