摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the delayed reasons of diagnosis and the ways of treatment of delayed rupture of spleen. Methods: The clinic data of 35 cases were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital form May 1994 to May 2010. Results: All of 25 cases were cured. Conclusion:For the purpose of increasing the curative rate and reducing the misdiagnosis and incorrect treatment of DRS, making hold of its features, raising the vigilance of discerning DRS, making an early conect diagnosis, and the timely surgical operations are of great importance.关键词
