摘要
Abstract
objective: to study the matron to improve the fuzzy authorized the quality of clinical nursing management role. Methods: in the second half of 2010, each Saturday, and started on the head nurse authorized to work for the head nurse, and responsibility to nurse fuzzy authorized may authorize its accredit way the head nurse's clinical management work well, for which the practice of management modelfor ward emergencies before and after the comparison of household waste and patient satisfaction. Results: incidents increased significantly, adolescent patient satisfaction also obviously improved (P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion:the head nurse's fuzzy improved sickroom nursing personnel authorized work enthusiasm and clinical nursing job satisfaction, ward nurse got patients generally praise, significantly reduced patients, promote the complaints of effective management departnent, bring the hospital and department good social benefits.关键词
