Abstract
Objective To investigate the small lateral incision in the surgical fixation of supracondylar humerus fractures of children. Methods: The small incision in the lateral elbow reduction, pinning plus tension band fixation treatment of 42 cases of displaced supracondylar fractures evident in children, were followed up for 6 to 12 months. Results: The fracture healed well, 92％ recovery of elbow function, the average time for 1-3 months. Four cases of minor elbow varus, no serious complications. Conclusion: The small incision in the lateral cross -pinning plus tension band fixation of supracondylar fractures of security.Tissue injury, fixed and reliable, good functional recovery of elbow, cubitus varus more effective in preventing complications.关键词
