Abstract
Objective To study the serum prealbumin (PA) test for the detection of clinically significant liver disease. Methods 214 patients with liver diseases and 98 normal samples were measured in serum albumin (ALB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), serum PA levels, and compare these three control groups in the hepatitis group and the difference between , but also the level of serum PA group differences in liver disease. Liver disease group and control group results in the three comparison, the liver disease with serum PA levels were significant (P ＜ 0.01 ). Liver cirrhoyis group within the group reduction in the level of serum PA level the most significant. Conclusion Serum prealbumin (PA) than serum albumin levels (ALB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) changes are more sensitive, reflecting their impaired liver function.关键词
