几丁糖对扩张后皮瓣纤维包膜厚度影响的临床研究

Abstract
Objective: In clinical practice, apply chitosan to intervene the formation of fibrous capsule after expansion. The fiber coating thickness was observed before and after application of chitosan, to explore possible ways that can reduce the flap thickness after expansion, thereby reducing its recoil effect.Methods: Since 2006, applied two dilators for each patient, a total of 24 patients, around each of the patients were on both sides of the lesion ( select 24 patients that can apply two 100ml dilator at the same area to repair pathological changes when undergoing skin and soft tissue expansion), both sides implanted one 100ml dilator; the treatment groups will be set to one side, the other side as control group (and marked ), making HE staining, and selected 15 vision randomly from each group ,then use microscopic scale to measure the thickness of fibrous capsule ,to understand the difference between the two groups. Results: The fibrous capsule thickness of the treatment group was 532. 500 ± 112.033 μm, the control group 897. 000 ± 206. 023 μm, There were significant differences between the two groups (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of chitosan to intervene the formation of fibrous capsule, makes fiber coating thickness thinner. Thus reducing the recoil effect.关键词
