Abstract
Goal: The discussion old age (the ＞ 60 year old) the patient good peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method encircles the surgery time processing.Method: Carries on the review analysis to the good peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method's 827 example old age patient's clinical material.Finally: 827 example patients cure completely, after the technique, not serious cardiopulmonary complication, non -death case.Conclusion: Completes fully encircles surgery time processing, the skilled surgery skill, the peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method to the old age patient is safe reliable.关键词
