摘要
Abstract
This article discusses the current problems in patient assessment, and introduces the requirement analysis and design methods of patient assessment information system. According to different types of nusing care and disease, the system can define a variety of assessment templates to meet the changing needs, and realize a dynamic and personalized care assessment. The application of the system has greatly enhanced the efficiency of nursing work, and guides the nurses to make an accurate and comprehensive and objective assessment of patient information, which means a lot to further improvement of the care standard and care decisions.关键词
