摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of TNF- α and 64-CT findings of
cholesteatoma . Methods 30 patients of cholesteatoma were confirmed by biopsy with 64-row CT scannig,
then the relationship between the expressions of TNF- α and CT features was analyzed. Results The
expression rates of TNF-α were higher in Cholesteatoma than normal tissue of external acoustic meatus.
There were significance difference in statistics (P＜0.05). The expressions of TNF- α was correlated with
CT findings of bone destruclion. Conclusions TNF- α might play an important role in bone destruction
of Cholesteatoma, so in clinical diagnosis and treatment of Cholesteatoma, we through the observation
bravery lipoma of temporal bone CT manifestations to understand bone damage inference expression level of
TNF- α .For future use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs cut of cytokines control and create bone
destruction provide theoretical basis.关键词
