摘要
Abstract
Objectiva Optimize the seanning parameters of the peripheral vascular MR angiography to
clearly depict the calf arteries. Methods 180 patients with suspected abnormality of the peripheral arteries
underwent auto-moving bed three-dimensional contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography, and
all cases were randomly divided into two groups: one used the fluoroscopy triggering method. another used
the reverse elliptical centric view order method. Then maximum intensity projection (MIP) and multiplanar
reconstruction (MPR) were performed. Results All cases were successfully accomplished. The result shows
a total of 2880 branches of arteries (the display rate is 100%). Popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery and
postenor tibial artery were shown weH by the reverse elliptical center filling method. that the average score
is 3.8 points, 3.8 points and 3.7 points separately. But the average gcore is 2.0 points, 2.1 points and 2. 1points
separately by the fluoroscopy triggering method. Conclusion The reverse elliptical centric view order three
dimensional eontrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography can significantly shorten the time between
the start of the injection of contrast agent and initiation of scanning of the calf segment, so it can clearly
depict the calf segment arteries. h is an important role in the diagnosis of lower extremity artery diseases.关键词
