摘要
Abstract
Goal: The observation buckwheat floral leaf total flavanone (TFBFL) assists rhzomorph (STZ) to the chain urea to add the fat breast induction diabetes big mouse heart structure and the function influence, and discusses the possible mechanism. Method: Uses the STZ abdominal cavity injection to add the fat breast to fill the stomach to induce the big mouse diabetes animal model. Around observation buckwheat floral leaf total flavanone treatment empty stomach insulin and tumor necrosis factor change; Finally: Buckwheat floral leaf total flavanone improvement diabetes big mouse heart left ventricle structure and function.Conclusion: TFBFL reduces the chain urea to assist the rhzomorph to be the result of 2 diabetes big mouse blood serum tumor necrosis factor.关键词
