摘要
Abstract
This paper makes a research on the achievable technology of structural plan and visual plan. Rule Based Reasoning(RBR) and Case Based Reasoning(CBR) methodology are applied to the achievable technology for intellectual inference and analysis, so that depending on and targeting for certain emergency information an intellectual emergency plan can be automatically produced. It designs and implements the emergency command system based on structural and visual plan. It is capable of meeting the demand of producing an intellectual emergency plan quickly and accurately in the emergency command, which increases the pertinency and effectiveness of the plan in the whole process of emergency disposition.关键词
