Abstract
The development of regional logistics for BtoC E-commerce has weak points such as high costs, long time, inadequate distribution system, in China's rural areas.The paper proposes regional distribution solutions based on passenger train system, and designs the overall framework and processes.The algorithm for solving the distribution route selection is also proposed lastly.关键词
