Abstract
With isooctyl alcohol as complexing agent and aviation kerosene as dilute, the salting-out effect on the process of extracting boric acids from the boron-magnesium-contained brine was studied. The influence of brine pH value, temperature and Mg ion concentration to boric acid distribution coefficient D was studied. TheResults showed that the distribution coefficient D increased with the increasing of Mg ion; the distribution coefficient D kept constant when pH is between 1.0 and 3.0; the distribution coefficient D reduced with the increasing of pH when pH value is between 3.0 and 5.0; the pH value almost has no influence on the distribution coefficient when pH is between 5.0 and 7.0; the temperate almost has no influence on the distribution coefficient when Mg ion concentration is lower than 75.53 g/L; the distribution coefficient reduced with the increasing of temperature when the concentration of Mg ion is between 86.23 and 107.90 g/L. Base on the experimental data, an empirical equation for the salting-out effect was proposed.关键词
