摘要
Abstract
A determinationMethodof Benzo(a)Pyrene in Edible Vegetable Oil Based on MSPD-HPLCMethodwas established. The Optimal experimental conditions were as follows; C18 and Florisil as dispersant, acetonitrile as eluant, concentrating the eluent by nitrogen-blow and determined by HPLC. TheResults showed that the detection limit was 2 μg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was between 92% - 102% , relative standard deviation was 3. 1% - 3. 8% .关键词
