摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to improve the quality standard of Dingxiongxuan liniment. [Method] The identification of Rhizo-ma Chuanxiong by TLC was established,and the content of eugenol was determined by GC. [Result] The TLC spots were clear and distinguishable, the linear range of eugenol was within 1.002 8 - 10. 030 0 μg (r =0. 999 6). The average recovery rate was 101. 2% with RSD 2. 6% (n = 9). TheResults of TLC and GC could not be interfered by the blanks. [Conclusion] The quality standard could be used for quality control of Dingxiongxuan Liniment.关键词
