摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the peroxidase isozyme patterns of Buxus sinica var. parvifolia by polyacrylamide electro-phoresis. [Method] Taken common clones and live new clones of B. sinica var. parvifolia for materials,and its leaves extract was used to carry out peroxidase isozyme electrophoresis. [Result] TheResults showed that only 4 isozyme bands were found in B. sinica var. parvifolia,and the polymorphism of them was not significant. But each clone could be distinguished from the degree of dyeing. [Conclusion] It was considered in this study that peroxidase isozyme analysis was an efficientMethodfor cultivar identification of B. sinica var. parvifolia clones.关键词
